Summit Home & Leisure operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Summit Home & Leisure is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Some products, particularly custom, special-order, oversized, freight, or supplier-direct products, may enter processing shortly after an order is placed and may not be eligible for cancellation afterward.
If we decline, materially modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided with your order.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, purchases are intended for lawful personal, household, or business use and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale or export.

Certain oversized, heavy, specialty, or freight-shipped products may incur additional delivery or accessorial charges depending on the delivery location and services required. Any such charges will be handled in accordance with applicable disclosures and law.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and agree to pay all authorized charges associated with your purchase.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing, shipping, and delivery times provided through our Services are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Products may ship directly from Summit Home & Leisure, a manufacturer, distributor, supplier, warehouse, or other fulfillment partner. Products within the same order may arrive separately.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs processing, supply-chain interruptions, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Oversized and freight shipments may require delivery appointments, customer availability, signature, curbside delivery, special unloading arrangements, or other delivery requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible for the applicable shipment.
Customers receiving freight shipments should inspect the shipment upon delivery whenever reasonably possible and note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery documentation.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Summit Home & Leisure is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Summit Home & Leisure.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Summit Home & Leisure and is not responsible for our fulfillment of your purchase except to the extent separately required under Shopify’s own services, policies, or applicable law.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES, IF ANY, MAY BE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUMMIT HOME & LEISURE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
